(“Reveille Software” or “We”) and governs data collection and usage across www.reveillesoftware.com (the “Site”), through our social media pages located at facebook.com/ReveilleSoftware, twitter.com/ReveilleSoftwre, youtube.com/ReveilleSoftware and linkedin.com/reveillesoftware (collectively, the “Social Media Pages”), and other products provided by us both online and offline, as well as through our email messages (“Email Communications”) that We send to you that link to this privacy policy. “You” or a “user” refers to any individual who visits or otherwise uses the Site. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information that we receive or handle on behalf of our customers in our role as a software provider, such as information that we receive through the Reveille platform, including any products we make available for use by our licensees or subscribers. Such information is governed by the terms of the license or contract agreement, rather than this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
- Personally Identifiable Information (or “Personal Information”). In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Reveille Software may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site or offline. Reveille Software uses Other Information to facilitate the operation of the Site, to calculate usage levels of the Site, and to collect aggregate data on site usage.
- Automatically Collected Information. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Reveille Software. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Reveille Software website.
- Tracking User Behavior. Reveille Software may also keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Reveille Software, in order to determine what Reveille Software web pages are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Reveille Software to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
- Analytics Services. Reveille Software uses analytics services which currently include Google Analytics, Salesforce.com (Pardot), and Mouseflow:
- Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google“). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze how users use the Domains. The information generated about Domain usage (including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to Google in the U.S. This information is used to evaluate visitors’ use of the Domain, compile statistical reports on Domain activity, and provide other services related to the Site and Internet use. Social Media Pages
Personal Information may also be disclosed by you through the Site and other Social Media Pages to which you are able to post information and materials (including, without limitation our Social Media Pages). This information may appear in public ways, such as through search engines or other publicly available platforms, and may be “crawled” or searched by third parties. Please do not post any information that you do not want to reveal to the public at large.
Accessing, Correcting, Amending Or Removing Personal Information
For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your request within 45 days.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such access, change or deletion.
