Install the Reveille Management Console

The Reveille Management Console for Captiva Capture provides Captiva® Capture or Captiva Invoice Capture wizards that help you create an operation and process Monitor for the Captiva Capture server. It checks numerous process exceptions for a Captiva Capture process. See the Reveille Administration Help for additional information. Prerequisites

Before using Reveille Management Console for Captiva Capture, complete the following tasks:

• On the Reveille server, install one Captiva Capture client, such as Multi, and connect to a Capture server. The Captiva Capture client version must match the version of the Capture Server.
• Verify communication between the Reveille server and the Captiva Capture server by logging on to the Captiva Capture server with the Capture client.
• Obtain a valid IASYSMON license code from Reveille Software for the Captiva Capture server id.

Prerequisites

Before using the Reveille Management Console for Documentum, complete the following tasks:

• Install the Documentum Foundation Classes matching your Content Server level.
• Ensure the Documentum User Id to be used with the Reveille Monitor has rights to index, store, retrieve, and delete documents for the target DocBases or Repositories.

• Install the IBM Client for Windows version 8.3 or above, and its DB2 prerequisites, on the Reveille server.
  NoteWeb Services Enhancements 3.0 for Microsoft .NET is required on the Reveille Server.
• Successfully logon to the IBM Library Server, version 8.2 or above, using the IBM Client for Windows, version 8.3 or above.
• Ensure that the IBM Content Manager User for the Reveille Monitor has rights to index, store, retrieve, and delete documents from IBM Content Manager.

• Verify the URL of the Content Engine Web Services (CEWS) Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM) endpoint (FNCEWS40MTOM) and the URL of the Process Engine Web Services (PEWS) wsdl (ProcessEngineWS).
  NoteThe Windows Communication Framework (WCF) is required on a Windows 2008/2012/2016 Reveille Server if using HTTPS protocol.
• Ensure that the IBM FileNet P8 User for the Reveille Monitor has rights to index, store, retrieve, and delete documents from IBM FileNet.
