Saving and E-mailing the Service Level Analysis Report

To save and e-mail the Service Level Analysis Report:

  1. After generating the Service Level Analysis Report, click Save/Email Report. The Saving page appears.
  2. Complete the following information:
    • Report File Name. Specifies the file name for the report you want to send.
    • Email Subject. Specifies the subject of the e-mail message to which the report is attached.
    • Enter any comments to be added to the email.Type the body of the e-mail message to which the report is attached.
    • Select or enter employee email addresses.Select or type the e-mail addresses to which you want to send the report.
    • Click to add or remove entries in the list.Add or remove e-mail addresses entered.
    • Send report link to the following people.List of people to which the report link will be sent.
    • Select or enter an employee email address.Select the e-mail address to which you want people to send all replies.
  3. To save and e-mail the report, click Save/Email Report. The report is saved to a file in the <Reveille installation path>\ReveilleSoftware\Reveille\Web\Reveille\SavedReports directory. Click the link on the Saving Service Level Analysis Report page to open the report.

Note: Saved reports are kept for as many days as you have specified in the Delete Report Files field located under the General tab on the Options window in the Reveille Admin Console.
