Generating the Scorecard Report

You can create Scorecard Reports in either HTML or PDF format for Scorecard views. Each chart in a Scorecard view is an individual Scorecard report. The Metric name and Metric description is listed for each Scorecard report.

To generate a Scorecard Report:

  1. Click Reports in the Left Navigation Pane, then click Scorecard.
  2. Select the Scorecard View from the drop-down list. The individual Scorecard report settings for your Scorecard View selection display. There will be a separate Scorecard report settings page for each Scorecard view chart (up to 4 Scorecard report settings).
  3. Select the Report Format , either in HTML (default) or PDF format.
  4. You can enter or change the data in the following report setting fields for each individual report:
    • Start Date and Time. Enter the start date and time for the report.
    • To Date and Time. Enter the to date and time for the report.
    • Attributes. Select the desired attribute value(s) to include in the report.
  1. Click the Left or Rightarrow to change setting values for each individual report.
  2. Click Create Report to generate the report. The Report settings will scroll up and the report will be shown in the window. To reshow the Report settings, click the ‘+’ icon in the upper left corner of the report window.

NOTE For an HTML report format, the data can be exported to an Excel® file by clicking the Export button above each data table.
