Generating the Monthly Availability Report for a Resource
The Monthly Availability Report for a Resource indicates the time the Resource has been accessible or inaccessible for each day during the current monitoring month. It also indicates by color-coding whether or not the Service Level Agreement was met on a particular day.
To generate the Monthly Availability Report for a Resource:
- Click Reports in the Left Navigation Pane, then click Resources. The Resources report page appears.
- Select a Monitor from the drop-down list.
- Select an associated Resource from the drop-down list.
- From the Report Type drop-down list, select Monthly Availability.The "Monthly Availability for Resource <resource name> (<monitor name>)" report displays.
- To display results for the previous month, click <<.
- To return to the current month, click >>.
If the resource has been available 100% of the time during the previous and current months, the following statement appears at the top of the page: [Name of resource] has been 100% available for the requested period. If the resource has not been 100% available, the report is shown.
NOTE: To view the error log for any given day, click the appropriate date in the calendar. The error log for that date and resource is shown.
