Configuring Kofax Front Office Server Data Source Properties

The Kofax Front Office Server data source tests Kofax KFS by collecting information from the KFS metric web service.

Data Package

The data package is matched to the Test through the following:

• Server name
• Shortcut Names
• Metric/Metric Option

Properties

SSL. Option to use SSL for the web service. 1=Use SSL.

ShortcutNames. The shortcut names to use in the web service call separated by commas.

TransactionAgeMins. The maximum transaction age minutes to use in the web service call.

UserInboxNumberDocuments. The number of inbox documents to use in the web service call.

UserInboxAgeMins. The user age minutes to use in the web service call.

Note: The credentials entered on the Connection tab are used for calling the web service.
