User Analytics Response Time Component

The Response Time component enables you to test the Reveille User Analytics response time.

Test Response Time

Settings Page

Select what to test.  Select the type of response time Test:

• Check Best Transaction response time
• Check Average Transaction response time
• Check Worst Transaction response time
• Check Message response time
• Check Average Message response time

Complete the following input:

Best. Enter the best transaction %

Database Settings.  Enter the ODBC DSN Name and authentication information.

Filters.  Select the desired filter value to qualify the Test. For transactions, first select the application, then any additional the filter specifics. For messages, first select the protocol, then any additional filter specifics.

Output Metric. Select the check box, then select the desired Output Metric for use with the Test.

Response Time Threshold. Enter the appropriate response time threshold in seconds.

Threshold. Enter the appropriate threshold value(s).

Time Span. Enter the time duration in minutes.

Worst. Enter the worst transaction %

Test Definition Page

Resource Name.  The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.

Test Description.  Text automatically generated from your selections. 

Expected Response.  The expected response for this Test. Limited to 255 characters.

Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time out value if needed. Click Next.
