SharePoint CMIS Performance Component
The SharePoint CMIS Performance Component enables you to test the SharePoint Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) Performance. For more information on CMIS, see the OASIS CMIS 1.0 specification.
Test CMIS Performance
Settings Page
Select what to test. Select the type of CMIS performance Test:
- Check SharePoint Repository
- Create Folder in SharePoint
- Create Document in SharePoint
- Check Out Document from SharePoint
- Retrieve Document Information from SharePoint
- Retrieve Document from SharePoint
- Check In Document in SharePoint
- Delete Document from SharePoint
- Delete Folder from SharePoint
- Query SharePoint Repository
Depending on the Test selection, complete the following input:
Computer Name. Enter the Host Name or IP Address of the target computer.
Credentials. Enter the authentication information for the target computer. The Windows account should have read and write access to the SharePoint site.
Document. Enter the SharePoint Document name. Select the Refresh button to query the available document names; leave blank for all document names.
Folder. Enter the SharePoint Folder name. Select the Refresh button to query the available folder names.
Library. Enter the SharePoint Document Library name. Select the Refresh button to query the available document library names.
Local File. The full path of the local file name to store.
MIME media type. Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) type of the local file.
Query. Enter the CMIS query or select from the CMIS query samples in the selection list.
Site. Enter the SharePoint site name.
Threshold. Enter the appropriate threshold value.
Test Definition Page
Web Server Performing Test. The name of the Web Server executing the Test.
Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.
Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.
Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. (Limited to 255 characters.)
Turn On Debug Messages. Enable to generate debug level messages during Test execution.
Output Metric(s). (Optional) Select a Metric to evaluate and track Test results.
Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time Out value if needed. Click Next.

This is the end of the Test. Choose to add another Test or end the SharePoint CMIS Performance section of the Wizard.
