KTM Real-Time Transformation Interface
The Real-Time Transformation Interface component enables you to test the Kofax Real-Time Transformation Interface ability to process work.
Test Real-Time Transformation Interface
Settings Page
Select what to test. Select the type of real-time transformation interface Test:
- Check RTTI event log messages.
- Check RTTI web access.
- Check RTTI request count.
- Check RTTI requests executing.
- Check RTTI failure count.
- Check RTTI request execution time of last request.
- Check RTTI average request duration.
- Check RTTI average request duration for the last minute.
- Check RTTI worker processes.
- Check RTTI worker processes available.
- Check Mobile ID Capture web service.
Depending on the Test selection, complete the following input:
Computer Name. Enter the Host Name or IP Address of the target computer.
Credentials. Enter the authentication information for the target computer. The windows account should have local administrator rights on the target computer.
Event ID. Default is all event IDs for Windows Events Log entries.
Event Type. Select from Error or Warning type Windows Event Log entries.
Filter by Records Older Than. Select a search range by time in minutes.
Host Name. Enter the Host Name or IP Address of the target computer.
Keywords. If Matched Keywords in the Event Log is selected, then at least one of the keywords entered must match a Windows Event Log message to be considered a successful test. If Match Keywords in the Event Log is not selected, then none of the entered keyword should match to be successful.
Match Keywords in the Event Log. See above.
Maximum Number of Errors. Select the maximum number of search string matches to return. A 1 (default) indicates unlimited number of search string matches.
Maximum Threshold. Enter the appropriate maximum threshold value.
Minimum Threshold. Enter the appropriate minimum threshold value.
Sample Rate. Select the number of seconds to sample the RTTI performance counter. The Test result is a Windows calculated value over the sample period. The default sample interval is 1 second, the maximum sample interval is 60 seconds..
Response. Optional. Enter the web site text response. Do not change unless the default web page has been altered.
URL. Enter the web URL. Update <host> with the server name and port number (<server>:<port>) if the port number is not port 80.
Test Definition Page
Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.
Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.
Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. Limited to 255 characters.
Turn On Debug Messages. Enable to generate debug level messages during Test execution.
Output Metric. (Optional). Select a Metric to evaluate and track Test results.
Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time out value if needed. Click Next.
