IBM FileNet P8 Metrics Component

The IBM FileNet P8 Metrics component enables you to verify IBM FileNet Metrics.

Test Connectivity

Settings Page

Select what to test. Select the type of metrics to Test:

• Check IBM Listener Counters

Complete the following input:

• Listener Host Name. Enter the Host Name or IP Address of the target computer.
• Path to Java runtime. Enter the path to the Java runtime executable, or click browse to locate and select the file.
• Listener Counters. Click Refresh to populate the list of Listener Counters. Select the counters you want to include in the Test, or click Select All. Click Select None to clear all the selections.
• Comparison Test. Select an operator from the drop-down list to be used for test comparison
• Output Metric. Select to include an output Metric. Select the Metric to include from the dropdown list, or click browse to locate and select the Metric.

Test Definition Page

• Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.
• Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.
• Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. (Limited to 255 characters.)
• Turn On Debug Messages. Enable to generate debug level messages during Test execution.

Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time Out value if needed. Turn on Debug messages if needed. Click Next.
