IBM FileNet P8 Process Engine Processing Component
The IBM FileNet P8 Process Engine Processing component enables you to test the IBM FileNet P8 Process Engine Processing.
Settings Page
Select what to test. Select the type of process engine processing Test:
- Check FileNet Process Engine Logon
- Check FileNet Process Engine Roster Name Count
- Check FileNet Process Engine Work Class Name Count
- Check FileNet Process Engine Queue Name Count
- Check FileNet Process Engine Queue Element Count for a Queue
- Check FileNet Process Engine Queue Element Count for All Queues
- Check FileNet Process Engine Step Element Count for a Queue
- Check FileNet Process Engine Step Element Count for All Queues
- Check FileNet Process Engine Logoff
Depending on the Test selection, complete the following input:
Connection Point. The connection point name. A connection point name identifies a specific isolated region in the workflow database connecting the Process Engine to an associated isolated region.
Credentials. Enter the authentication information for the target computer application.
Element Name. The element name. An element is a work item associated with a step name.
Maximum Rows. The maximum number of rows returned by the Process Engine query. Default is 1,000 rows, set to 0 for unlimited rows.
Participant. The participant name. A participant is a user who can process work items in the workflow.
Queue Name. The queue name. A queue contains individual work items waiting to be processed. A value of Inbox(0) indicates all queues.
Overdue Status. Select the overdue status. The default is to check for all overdue status types.
Roster Name. The roster name. A workflow roster stores the current location of and other information about all active workflows and work items.
Step Name. The step name. A step contains one or more work items for assigned participants associated with a step name.
Threshold. Enter the appropriate threshold value.
Time Span. Filter by element age in minutes. The default is no filtering.
URL. URL of the Process Engine Web Services (PEWS) wsdl (ProcessEngineWS).
Work Class Name. The work class name. A work class is a workflow instance of a workflow.
Test Definition Page
Web Server Performing Test. The name of the Web Server executing the Test.
Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.
Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.
Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. (Limited to 255 characters.)
Turn On Debug Messages. Enable to generate debug level messages during Test execution.
Output Metric(s). (Optional) Select a Metric to evaluate and track Test results.
Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time Out value if needed. Click Next.
