TaskSpace (Documentum D6/xCP) Component

The TaskSpace component is a web-based, highly configurable user interface optimized for high volume task processing and document retrieval.

Settings Page

Settings

TaskSpace Server. Enter or select the Documentum TaskSpace Server for this Test. This should be a server name followed by a port number. For example: taskspace1.mycompany.com:8080.

Path. Enter the folder path for Document Administrator URL. For example, "taskspace" is the folder path in the URL appserver1.mycompany.com:8080\taskspace.

Repository. Enter or select the name of the Repository for this Test. If there are multiple servers for a repository, you can be as specific as you like about which server you want to use for your repository connection.

• Requesting a server on a specific host: To connect to a Documentum server that resides on a specific host machine, specify the repository as: repository@host_name.
• Requesting a server by name on a specific host: To connect to a specific Documentum server that resides on a specific host machine, specify the repository as:  repository.documentum_server_name@host_name.  

Version. Select the Documentum version.

Login Information

Credentials. Enter the authentication information for TaskSpace.

SSL. Select if using SSL protocol (https).

Click Next.

Test Definition Page

Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.

Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.

Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. Limited to 255 characters.

Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Timeout value if needed. Click Next.

Choose to add another Test or end the TaskSpace Wizard.
