The Captiva Capture License component enables you to test for Captiva Capture License compliance

Test Captiva License

Settings Page

Select what to test. Select the type of capture license Test:

• Check licensed page and connections count
• Check license expiration and status

Depending on the Test selection, complete the following input:

Connections. Select or enter the number of Captiva server connections threshold for the Captiva Module or Group

Credentials. Enter the authentication information for the target computer. The Windows account should have administrator login rights to Capture.

Captiva Server Name. Enter the Host Name or IP Address of the Captiva Server.

Pages. Select or enter the number of Captiva server pages threshold for the Captiva Module or Group

Refresh. Click to query the Captiva Server to populate the settings list box.

Set. Assigns the thresholds to the select Captiva module or group.

Threshold. Enter the appropriate threshold value.

Test Definition Page

Web Server Performing Test. The name of the Web Server executing the Test.

Resource Name. The name of the Monitor Resource associated with the Test.

Test Description. Text automatically generated from your selections.

Expected Response. The expected response for this Test. (Limited to 255 characters.)

Turn On Debug Messages. Enable to generate debug level messages during Test execution.

Output Metric(s). (Optional) Select a Metric to evaluate and track Test results.

Run the Test. Add the Test. Adjust the Time Out value if needed. Turn on Debug messages if needed.

If Check the licensed page and connection count test is selected, you can select up to two output metrics.

Click Next.
