Application performance management (APM) with Reveille Management Consoles within a VMware vSphere virtualized environment provides a comprehensive view of the health of application components, application processes and end-user transaction performance for ECM applications.
Reveille detects component, application and end-user issues as soon as they occur, and immediately notifies the proper personnel. Reveille provides proactive remediation capabilities and can often repair the exception automatically.
Using an agentless approach, Reveille ensures the actual end-user experience for ECM and other applications meet the expected service levels and will notify and alert appropriate individuals if end users are experiencing application issues, delays or slow response times.
