Reveille Management Team

Bob Estes
CEO

Bob Estes is the chief executive officer of Reveille Software and a member of the company’s board of directors. Estes joined the company in January of 2006. He is responsible for setting strategy and all aspects of operations with a seasoned team of executives.

Estes brings to Reveille a proven track record and more than 25 years experience in launching early-stage high tech software ventures, as well as integrating product strategy and operations with acquisitions. Most recently, Estes was VP of Marketing Solutions with Interwoven, Inc. where he brought his division to a market leadership position in the brand asset management space. This division was created by Estes and his team while at MediaBin, Inc. and then subsequently acquired by Interwoven, Inc. in 2003. He also served as VP of Marketing and Product Management at several Atlanta-based software companies focused on enterprise content management, sales force automation and mobile communications, including XcelleNet, Inc.

Estes is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.



Mike Parham
President and COO

As President and COO, Mike Parham is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, services, and business development strategy and execution.

With more than 25 years of experience building and managing fast growing companies, Parham co-founded EquipMD (acquired by Neoforma in 2000) and Catalysta Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based consulting firm that helps early-stage companies launch new products, build teams, develop sustainable revenue models and orchestrate liquidity events.  From 1999-2007, Parham led Catalysta engagements to launch a number of early-stage companies including InvoiceLink (acquired by BCE Emergis in 2000), MediaBin (acquired by Interwoven in 2003), Constructware (acquired by Autodesk in 2005), Revenue Technologies (acquired by Oracle in 2007) and Advectis, Inc. (acquired by Xerox in 2007).

From 1990 to 1997, Parham was VP of Sales at XcelleNet, Inc., a systems management software company, which was ranked #24 on the INC 500 list for “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies.”, and went public on the Nasdaq. Prior to XcelleNet, Parham served from 1985 to 1988 as Director of Sales at Sales Technologies, a pioneer in CRM solutions. The company was acquired by Dun and Bradstreet in 1989.

A frequent guest speaker at Emory's Goizueta Business School and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), Parham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.



Brian DeWyer
CTO and Vice President, Product Management

Brian DeWyer is a co-founder of Reveille Software and provides business guidance and technical direction for the Reveille product family.

DeWyer has more than 20 years of practical experience applying technology to business challenges. DeWyer’s focus during the past 12 years has been leading process change efforts involving document image and workflow solutions for high-volume transaction process solutions within large organizations. He has also served as a workflow consulting practice leader for IBM Global Services. DeWyer has both line and staff management experience, with a balanced exposure to vendor, consultant, and operational roles through participation in numerous project implementations for Fortune 500 commercial and government clients.

DeWyer is a past board member of the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM) industry association, a past member of the AIIM Finance and Nominating committees, and a past speaker at local AIIM chapter (Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania) and national (AIIM conference) events. He is a past member of The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI), where he served on the TAWPI Nominating Committee and participated as a national TAWPI conference speaker.

DeWyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Wake Forest University.



David Gibson
Vice President, Sales

David Gibson is responsible for company attainment of revenue objectives, including management of direct and channel sales.

Gibson brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in software and business technology. Prior to Reveille Software, Gibson was VP of North American Sales at TRIRIGA and was responsible for leading and growing the sales organization to achieve revenue growth objectives in North America.

Gibson has extensive executive sales management experience at Interwoven, Inc., where he was Regional VP of Software and Services Sales for the southern U.S. and for MediaBin, Inc. where he was VP of Sales. As part of the MediaBin executive team, he helped grow the company from its inception and assisted in its acquisition by Interwoven. In addition, Gibson spent 10 years at Intergraph Corporation in various field sales management and marketing roles including director of industry sales in charge of the process industry vertical.

Gibson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.



Judson Phillips
Vice President, Marketing

Judson Phillips is responsible for all marketing strategy and execution for Reveille Software. Phillips directs product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation and marketing communications for the Reveille product family.

Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of sales, marketing and project management roles for large and emerging growth organizations, and is a frequent contributor to industry publications. Prior to Reveille, Phillips served as VP of Marketing at Xerox Mortgage Services (formerly Advectis, Inc.).

Phillips has held executive marketing and consulting management positions with numerous emerging software organizations that were successfully acquired by publicly traded companies. His early-stage high tech software ventures include: Advectis, Inc. (acquired by Xerox in 2007), ViaFone (acquired by Extended Systems in 2002) and 2order.com (acquired by Primus in 2000). In addition, Phillips has held project management and technical sales roles with Lanier, Borland International and Home Depot.

Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
