Reveille Management Console for Captiva InputAccel

Reveille Management Console is the only agentless application level monitoring system for EMC Captiva InputAccel (IA) that enables you to ensure the timely operation of key components and processes of your Captiva implementation.

Reveille monitors Captiva InputAccel’s components and processes, diagnoses the cause of a problem and automatically repairs it or waits for administrative approval to repair. This proactive solution ensures that the promises of excellent user experience and smooth, continuous operation of the business processes supported by the IA implementation are met.

Reveille Management Console for Captiva InputAccel ensures improved service levels through monitoring, automatic remediation, threshold-based notifications, and pre-defined Captiva scorecard metrics. The console provides the ability to:

• Monitor, alert, diagnose, and repair Captiva application exceptions, conditions and service interruptions before production is impacted
• Determine baselines for Captiva InputAccel 5.x before upgrading to 6.5
• Use pre-defined scorecard metrics for continuous improvement of Captiva operations

Reveille Management Console monitors Captiva InputAccel’s key processes, including:

• Capture – to ensure your capture processes are running and work queues are not getting clogged with process exceptions or unhandled batches
• Classify – to ensure documents are recognized and routed to their destinations
• Extract – to ensure the scanned documents’ data is recognized and routed to its target application or database
• Validate – to ensure the key third-party applications that support the validation process, such as ERP or CRM systems, are available to the validation process
• Deliver – to ensure the destination systems, applications and databases have properly received the data from the capture process
