Dennis Crumpler
Chairman

Dennis Crumpler has over 25 years of experience in building and managing successful technology and real estate development companies. In 1986, Crumpler founded XcelleNet, Inc. (Atlanta), which became the IT industry leader in systems management for large-scale remote and mobile networks. During his tenure, XcelleNet executed its initial public offering in 1994 and was later acquired by Sterling Commerce in 1998. Prior to XcelleNet, Crumpler co-founded Sales Technologies (Atlanta), a pioneer in field sales automation software that was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in 1989. Subsequent to graduate school (1979-82) and four years of service as a U.S. Army Officer (1975-79), he began his career as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company in 1982.

Since 1998, Crumpler has been General Partner of CIMCO, LLC, a private investment management company through which he has invested in and advises Catalysta Ventures (Raleigh), Hatteras Venture Partners (Durham), Chatham Capital (Atlanta) and Fulcrum Venture Partners (Atlanta). He also serves as General Partner of TechDiscovery, LLC (custom software development, Atlanta) and Chairman of both Silas Technologies (process monitoring d/b/a Reveille Software, Atlanta) and Optima Management, LLC (sustainable real estate development, Raleigh).

Crumpler holds a BS from MIT (’75) and a MBA from Harvard Business School (’82). Additionally, he completed PhD coursework at the University of Edinburgh (UK) as a Rotary International Scholar (1980-81).



Kathleen Dahlberg
Director

Kathleen Dahlberg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Open Vision Partners (OVP), a consortium of professionals bringing new technologies and businesses to market and a strategic business consultant to start-ups through Fortune 50 companies since 2001. OVP has supported companies and industries such as W.W. Grainger, Sesame Street, Career Education Corporation, T-Mobile and Doman Pharmaceuticals.

Dahlberg has more than 30 years of executive experience, including VP positions for BP /Amoco, VIACOM, McDonalds and Grand Metropolitan, PLC. She currently serves as a director of Theragenics and P.H. Glatfelter Company - both New York Stock Exchange listed companies. She also serves as Vice Chair of Vmeals and Chairman for 2Unify.

Dahlberg is a regular international speaker and author for technology and achieving business value. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University and a MSM from Aurora University in Illinois with post graduate studies in business management and governance.



Bob Estes
Director

Bob Estes is the chief executive officer of Reveille Software and a member of the company’s board of directors. Estes joined the company in January of 2006. He is responsible for setting strategy and all aspects of operations with a seasoned team of executives.

Estes brings to Reveille a proven track record and more than 25 years experience in launching early-stage high tech software ventures, as well as integrating product strategy and operations with acquisitions. Most recently, Estes was VP of Marketing Solutions with Interwoven, Inc. where he brought his division to a market leadership position in the brand asset management space. This division was created by Estes and his team while at MediaBin, Inc. and then subsequently acquired by Interwoven, Inc. in 2003. He also served as VP of Marketing and Product Management at several Atlanta-based software companies focused on enterprise content management, sales force automation and mobile communications, including XcelleNet, Inc.

Estes is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.



Mike Parham
Director

As President and COO, Mike Parham is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, services, and business development strategy and execution.

With more than 25 years of experience building and managing fast growing companies, Parham co-founded EquipMD (acquired by Neoforma in 2000) and Catalysta Partners, LLC, an Atlanta-based consulting firm that helps early-stage companies launch new products, build teams, develop sustainable revenue models and orchestrate liquidity events.  From 1999-2007, Parham led Catalysta engagements to launch a number of early-stage companies including InvoiceLink (acquired by BCE Emergis in 2000), MediaBin (acquired by Interwoven in 2003), Constructware (acquired by Autodesk in 2005), Revenue Technologies (acquired by Oracle in 2007) and Advectis, Inc. (acquired by Xerox in 2007).

From 1990 to 1997, Parham was VP of Sales at XcelleNet, Inc., a systems management software company, which was ranked #24 on the INC 500 list for “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies.”, and went public on the Nasdaq. Prior to XcelleNet, Parham served from 1985 to 1988 as Director of Sales at Sales Technologies, a pioneer in CRM solutions. The company was acquired by Dun and Bradstreet in 1989.

A frequent guest speaker at Emory's Goizueta Business School and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), Parham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
