Reveille’s Application Performance Center is a configurable, graphical executive dashboard that provides business services visualization of end-user experiences, application processes, business metrics and services levels across multiple disparate systems, regions and groups. The Application Performance Center includes:

• Aggregated roll-up and logical organization of monitors and resources in geographical or hierarchical (tree) views
• Full integration with Reveille EPM to enhance visibility of alerts, notifications, problem resolution and remediation
• Powerful grouping capabilities to provide a customized services view of the health of application resources
• Calendar view for up-to-the-minute service level agreement (SLA) information for day, week or month
• Application-aware wizards for streamlined implementation and rapid time-to-value

The Application Performance Center assists companies in monitoring their customized and third-party business critical applications, including those running in contact centers, retail stores and corporate environments. Support for enterprise content management implementations is also included, such as monitoring for EMC® Documentum®, EMC® Captiva® InputAccel®, IBM Content Manager and Kofax.
